Links I’m loving: Friday edition.

Ready to reunite with my lovies!

I’ve had a great time at the beach, but I’m ready to get home and feel like I could sleep for 12 years! I’ve got to get my sleep schedule back on track. I woke up this morning at 5:00 and didn’t feel like moving, so I grabbed the clicker and caught the bulk of “What Dreams May Come” before I even left the bed. I saw this movie in high school, and used to be obsessed with it (I owned it on tape!). I don’t know why I’ve always been drawn to this film. It’s beautiful, so well made, very intelligently written, but heartachingly sad and very dark. Strange way to start the day for sure…coffee with a side of tears.

On the upside, I’m still by the sea! So I will take one last frolic this morning before finishing up the conference and heading back to home sweet home. I’m missing my pups and have an action-packed weekend ahead of me.

For your Friday (if you need some great things to distract you at work), here are a few links I’ve been loving on this week:

Someone awesome chose 12 classic love scenes from movies and replaced the men with a Chipotle burrito. I love this so much.

I’m visiting one of my oldest friends in NYC next month, so I was very happy to see my favorite blogger share some of her favorite spots in the city — I’ve never been! (If I run into Naomi/her family, it would feel like the ultimate celebrity spotting.)

This fantastic little gem by Danielle Laporte (I am obsessed with her). I’ve really been loving the strong women in my life lately, and loved reading this post between her and her bestie. Makes me want to go find 20 new girlfriends, just to have the chance to create more memories.

Here is a neat little x-ray yoga video. I like it, but would have loved it more if it didn’t zoom in so much. Still, pretty cool.

My jam this week.

Oh. My. Gosh. I’m so excited about Pitch Perfect 2! Aca-scuse me?

Don’t get too lost in the interwebs today. Some definite advice for myself, and maybe for you…unplug, turn off the TV, stop checking your social media, get outside, and soak in another wonderful day!
